- The post articles that you submit must be your own work. You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. You must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
- Articles should be a minimum of 400 words in content. This does not include the contributor profile and contact information.
- By submitting your articles you grant us the right to publish your articles. We may publish your article anywhere on our website, syndicate through RSS feeds, and/or Newsletters. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
- No affiliate links! The post articles you submit should not contain or link to affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URLs of helpful sites or your own website which redirects to the recommended affiliate product.
- Submitting your articles does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind.
- Submitting an article does not guarantee inclusion on our site. We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
- Articles should be spell checked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting. We will not submit articles filled with spelling errors or bad grammar. We do monitor submissions and will reject content that does not meet these requirements.

- Overly biased or opinionated Content
- Unauthorized use of others Content/Articles
- Poetry / Fiction / Creative Writing Posts

- Spam / Discriminatory Content
Contributor Payments
Commentors (Contest Criteria)
- Constructive feedback, even if it is criticism, we want to provide an open platform for members to express their views.
- Comments posted just for the sake of entering the contest, comments must provide value to the community
- Comments should actually relate to the article of relevance, unrelated posts will be deleted.
- Miminum number of monthly comments to should not be less than 25.
- Number of comments are calculated on the basis of Email ID used so you are advised to use one Email ID while commenting.
- Spam or offensive comments will be deleted.
- You can follow us on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, or subscribe to our RSS so you don’t miss any articles.

Reprint Policies
If you would like to publish or re-print any article you must adhere to the following:
- Articles must be published “as is” and you must include the full Author Bio at the end of the article.
- URLs in the resource box shall remain linkable and no changes should be made to any anchored text or hyperlink.
- Whenever possible, authors should be notified of intent to publish.
- Articles cannot be reprinted using spammy communications or unsolicited email.
- Never sell any article or charge others to view articles artices reprinted from our directory.
- Never add links to the articles you publish.
- No content from our site will be used in videos or audios.
- Never translate any content into any other language.
- Do not put any of the articles found on this site to any web site that also contains warez, illegal mp3 or other files, instructions on how to make bombs or steal, or expressions that promote hatred or profanity or racism or bigotry, or contains pornography or exploits children or animals or any human, or any other unlawful activities.
- Do not include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF statements.
- Never reprint any author photo or images found on our site without the author’s permission.
Use of Site Scrapers, Article Crawlers, or other automated methods/scripts to mine the article content are expressly forbidden unless permission has been specifically granted. If unauthorized requests are detected, access to our site will be blocked.
No additional permission is needed from the author of the articles as long as you agree to the above terms. (1-11)
Copyright and Violations
If you violate any of the above terms of service and/or any author copyright when reprinting articles from our site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you. Please read Section 504(c)(2) (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#504). You agree that any legal proceedings against you will occur in Berkeley County in the State of South Carolina, USA.
You acknowledge we have the sole right to revoke these reprint rights at any given time for any reason provided you’re given 48 hours written notice via email or via fax or via telephone or via postal mail. If you’re unreachable, you also agree that we may contact your web hosting provider to reach you and serve this notice. Upon receiving notice from us, you will have 24 hours to immediately remove every article you reprinted from our directory and must provide us with a written reply indicating that you have complied with our request in order to mitigate further action against you and your business to enforce this covenant.
